Delivery Returns & Exchange

Terms of Returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us and are not available in case of a sale by third party and the invoice that would be sent across shall be governed by the terms of sale. We will accept returns for a credit note only, for which the amount of the goods will be added in the credit account of you’re My Luxe History Page on the Website. For this purpose, we are entitled to receive the goods within 15 days from when it was shipped to you. Items MUST be unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Goods returned will be accepted only if the goods are sent back in the same condition they were actually received by you i.e with the Label, Price Tag, A cloth cover if any. Goods once sold can be only exchanged as a replacement or a credit note ONLY if they meet the Terms and Conditions. Since the Designers keep Limited stock, the material might be subject to delay and prior communication will be made if so. Also, Incase the Size you've ordered is not available; the amount will be added in your Account so that you could use this money to place another order/size. To return an item, the customer must write to us at customercare@theluxeaffair.com stating the reason of return and a prompt reply from our end is assured. Alternatively, We are not liable for any damage caused to the goods during transit.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:-If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags

(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. 

(d) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear to avoid any damage.

(e) Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

(f) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

(g) All custom made orders are non-returnable.

 

CANCELLATION BY USER

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. In case the order has been processed and dispatched we may initiate refund only on receipt of the product.
